Insurance Repair Process

Prompt Assessment & Reporting

We strive to meet and exceed the contractual agreements we have with our insurance clients by attending promptly to assessments, reporting on damages, scoping and quoting within the required time frames and continually delivered to a high standard. We believe prompt action and communication are the keys to our success. We provide timely and accurate information to the insured and the insurer. Our staff and contractors are all very experienced in dealing with disasters and events that have happened to homes. We ensure the safety of you and your home when attending make safes following an event.

Claim Ownership

We have an advanced Job Management System called Prime Eco System that ensures our staff have the tools to take ownership of each claim. These tools include transparent reporting on our claims progression as a whole, the ability to set an array of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and a simplified process to efficiently monitor each claim from the initial site attendance through to customer sign off. All of our staff are efficient in using this system which is a key tool in the successful running of all of our jobs. Each job is assigned a Supervisor and Repair Coordinator who own the claim and will be with you throughout the entire process.

Excellent Communication

With a professional Administration team that share and deliver our customer service values, we provide a high level of communication to all parties involved in the different stages throughout the process. Our friendly staff are able ensure that each claim is up to date by utilising the features of our Job Management System. Regular updates are provided to the insured and the insurer by way of phone, email and communications through insurer platforms. Any necessary documentation is updated accordingly and we continuously provide updates while the repairs are under way.

Our supervisors have extensive knowledge of the building industry bringing decades of experience in assessing, scoping and supervision of repairs. Our supervisors ensure all insurance repairs and related claims are well organised by utilising the Project Management aspects of our Job Management System. They excel in the management of repairs, evaluating the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the process.

We have a vast network of trade contractors across our service areas. With these established relationships, we can utilise trades local to the area of each claim and ensure a prompt and convenient service. All of our trades have been vetted by us to ensure that they are appropriately licenced, professional, trusted and deliver the high level of service and workmanship that we demand. We have numerous accounts with suppliers and always use local suppliers to ensure that materials are sourced quickly and efficiently.
