At Ben Campbell Building Group we believe that our local community is the real foundation of our business and we’re thrilled to have partnered up with three separate sporting clubs to show our support and help these clubs grow and flourish.
A few years ago we decided that we wanted to give back to the communities that we build in and are a part of, and as mad footy fans, we were immediately drawn to sports clubs. The positive affects of this have been numerous and multidimensional and we have loved every moment of being a sponsor.
To see how we are giving back check out our three partnering clubs below.

Based in Tweed Heads NSW, and playing in both the NSWRL and QRL Cup Competitions, the Tweed Head Seagulls welcomed BCBG as naming rights sponsor in 2018.
Be it through direct financial donations or putting on Family Fun Days, we are very proud to be affiliated with this organisation which has a passionate CEO and board, experienced coaching staff and team of professionals behind the club steering them in the right direction.
Exciting times are ahead for the Tweed Heads Seagulls RLFC after being successful in their application for a $300,000 sporting grant and the announcement that they will field the clubs first ever women’s rugby league team in 2019.
BCBG will be with them every step of the way. Go Seagulls!
As avid fishermen coming on board with the SCGFC, Australia’s No 1 and most awarded Game Fishing Club, was an easy one for us.
Founded to help prosper game fishing on the Sunshine Coast, the club places an emphasis on club spirit, education and fishing determination. They have achieved success in this mission as Australia’s most successful Tag and Release Game Fishing Club.
Two tournaments are held each year – the BCBG Spring Shootout held in October and the February Classic. Director Ben Campbell is a very keen fisherman and is proud to be able to support this Club. Gone Fishing!
Better known as the Lower Clarence Magpies, this is where Director Ben Campbell began his football career, playing Juniors at the Club from Under 6’s.
Ben was one of the first Junior Life Members at the Club and played League for the Magpies right through to First Grade and was also the Club President in 2010 and 2011.
The Lower Clarence is where Ben began his building career and will forever be a part of his success, providing him with many skills that have helped shape his building career. This is why we are always happy to support this wonderful club, its home and where it all began. Go Magpies!
NRL Cowboys House is a fantastic organisation that provides supported accommodation for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from some of North Queensland’s most remote and educationally disadvantaged communities, enabling them to access quality secondary education opportunities in Townsville.
The Boys house opened in 2017 housing 55 young men, and the Girls house has opened in 2019. The students that have the opportunity to use this facility are provided with life changing opportunities in the purpose designed facility.
Ben Campbell Building Group held a Sportsmans Charity Dinner in June 2019 to raise funds for the charity, guests speakers included Billy Moore and Dale Shearer. A fantastic night was had by all!
The Kawana SLSC is home to one of the longest open beaches on the Sunshine Coast. Kawana beach can experience dangerous rips, sweeps and rough conditions because of its exposed nature. Conditions can change in seconds. So its very important to teach children the necessary skills to be safe at the beach and ensure they swim between the flags.
In February 2020 the Kawana SLSC has a Junior team heading to New Zealand to compete in the Oceans’ 20 event. We are proud to Sponsor this team which will build knowledge
and experiences in the Junior Surf Program and develop leadership, camaraderie, teamwork, and fun for those attending.
We are also proud to sponsor the Kawana Carols by the Beach, which raises funds for the Kawana SLSC. This is fast becoming a popular event for many Sunshine Coast residents, we’ll definitely be joining in the Carols in 2019!
