Ben Campbell – Director

As the Director and founder of Ben Campbell Building Group, Ben has been the driver of the growth of the company from the outset.

Starting as a carpenter, he brings 20 years experience and is a 5th generation builder holding both NSW and QLD building licences.

Ben is ‘hands-on’ in his involvement with the company from assessing and reporting to project management and building while leading and mentoring staff.

Ben warrants the right personnel to ensure the companies’ core values shine through every facet of the company, ensuring both customers and clients are kept satisfied with our exceptional customer service, professional management and Quality Workmanship Guaranteed.

Sara Campbell – Accounts Manager

As Ben’s wife, Sara is the ‘right-hand woman’ in the companies’ success.

Not satisfied with just having heavy involvement in the company, Sara manages the accounts, company procedures, and overseeing the office functions.

Sara’s key attributes include her dedication, initiative, and ability to teach and lead by example.

Sara has also been integral in the human resourcing, ensuring office staff particularly have the correct skill sets for their respective positions.

 

Scott Withers – Operations Manager

Scott started with Ben Campbell Building Group in 2012 when he opened our office on the Gold Coast and began servicing South East Queensland and Northern NSW regions.

Scott is a licenced builder with over 20 years experience in the industry and more than ten years experience specifically servicing the Insurance Sector.

He has vast experience in event management and has been involved in the repair process of many catastrophes throughout Queensland, NSW and WA over the last ten years.

It is this experience that has seen Scott not just be a go-to person, but a leader and key part of the growth and success of the company.

Alyson Harris – Office Manager

Alyson has been a vital part of our administration team since 2013.

During this period Alyson has proved an integral part of our prompt claim progression, ensuring clients and customers expectations are met.

Alyson’s positive attitude, knowledge, teamwork, and extensive knowledge of claim processes, has provided a positive and efficient office environment for all staff during her tenure.

We look forward to Alyson’s continued development as a leader of our team.

Lyndon Francis – Construction Manager

Lyndon has a wealth of knowledge in the building and construction industry and a very good understanding of the companies procedures and processes.

Lyndon leads the team of supervisors; training, mentoring and developing the supervisors skills to ensure they are providing the best level of service to our customers, and ensuring the trades produce a high quality of work.

Part of Lyndon’s expertise consists of being up to date with modern practices.
